Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established employee‑owned building services business in the search for a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a varied field‑based role across London and the surrounding areas.
The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on AC systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Service VRVs, VRFs, splits, multi‑splits, AHUs and FCUs.
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation.
- Assist with remedial quotations and additional works recommendations.
- Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
- Liaise professionally with customers and site contacts.
- Support fellow engineers when required across the portfolio.
- Previous experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer.
- City & Guilds Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification or equivalent.
- Valid F‑Gas certification.
- Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate, including email, Word and Excel.
- Reliable, organised and self‑motivated approach.
- Company van and fuel card (with reasonable private use).
