Waltham Forest (working across North East London and Essex). Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 depending on skills. Company van and excellent benefits.

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out repairs to properties, demonstrating competence in all plumbing works, including drainage related tasks.

You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Previous experience within a similar role, ability to work in all weather, operating small hand tools, following written and verbal instructions. Demonstrated strong knowledge of unvented systems, including barrel and imperial pipework, lead locks, Whale Gulper pumps, and showers. Full understanding of health and safety requirements, ability to work independently using own initiative and confident using handheld IT devices.

Ideally, you will have a social/local authority housing background.

• C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent
• JIB-PMES CSCS Card Blue or working towards
• Valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months (company vehicle will be provided for work use only)
