Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general snagging and finishing works Basic carpentry (adjustments, small installations, repairs) Minor maintenance and repair tasks across site Supporting site trades when required Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site regulations Requirements:
Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential) Previous experience in a similar on-site role Good all-round practical skills Own tools preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team
