We are seeking a Service Engineer located in the East of England. Join our Service Engineer Community and represent our brand with a customer‑centric approach across a range of commercial and industrial doors.
Responsibilities- Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits at customer sites.
- Respond to same‑day call-outs and scheduled repairs and upgrades.
- Complete work assigned by the planning department in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
- Travel to various customer locations within the region.
- Work within our “Safety First” culture.
- Experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and delivering first‑class service.
- Positive and decisive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills with leaders and colleagues.
