About the Role
- Norse are looking for experienced 360 excavator operators to join an established team on a solar farm installation project in Powys. This is a 6-week contract with an immediate start.
Duties
* Operating 360 excavators for cable trenching and back filling
* Excavating foundations for solar panel mounting frames
* General earthworks and site levelling
* Loading and moving materials around site
* Working alongside ground workers and civils teams
* Maintaining equipment and completing daily checks
* Following site safety protocols and method statements
Requirements
* Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 excavator ticket (must be in date)
* Proven experience operating on civils or renewables projects
* Own PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves)
* Reliable transport — rural site location
* Right to work in the UK
