Multi Trade Operative

You'll be working primarily on our high-end residential projects across London, with the opportunity to get involved in commercial fit-out work including bars, restaurants and gyms. Day to day you'll be carrying out multi-trade works, running small teams and supporting site supervision as needed. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be adaptable, professional and comfortable working directly with clients and end users on occasion.

What we're looking for.

* Solid all-round multi-trade experience — carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating

* Experience in fit-out or refurbishment environments (commercial or residential)

* Supervisory experience or the confidence to oversee small works packages

* Professional, presentable, and reliable

* Own van and tools essential

* Full UK driving licence
