You’ll be hands‑on, installing professional AV systems across client sites, delivering quality work you can be proud of.

• Projectors & large‑format displays
• Screens, speakers & microphones
• Video conferencing systems
• AV control systems

• Ensure installs meet top‑quality standards
• Follow health & safety best practices
• Work independently or alongside engineers & subcontractors
• Keep equipment, tools, and your company vehicle in top condition

• Solid AV installation experience
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and plans
• Strong attention to detail & problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills – you’ll be client‑facing at times
• Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel

• CTS certification
• Experience with large‑scale integrated AV systems
• Basic networking knowledge
• AV/VC commissioning skills
• ECS, PASMA, or IPAF certifications
