* We are looking for experienced Motor Vehicle Technicians to join us at London Street Garage, Andover

* The Role:

* This is a full time and permanent role. You will work Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning in two (as agreed in a rota shared equally between you and your colleagues).

* Your Responsibilities will include:
* * Perform maintenance, repairs and / or diagnostics on the full range of cars.

* Maximising efficiency, while always maintaining company and industry standards and benchmarks.

* Use diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers repair methods.

* Utilise company systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out.

* Providing your colleagues and our customers with highly detailed explanations of work required, or work carried out, through face to face and video communications.

* To show respect to your colleagues and maintain your work area to company standards, ensure an excellent and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

* * You will be a fully trained and experienced Service or Diagnostic Technician.

* Certified to NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to a Level 3 manufacturers qualification.

* What we can offer you:
* We offer a highly competitive salary package. Including a starting basic salary of *£30,000 -£36000 p.a* (dependent on your skill levels and experience). In addition, you will be given access to achievable team and individual performance bonus schemes. Your O.T.E is not capped and over achievement is always encouraged and rewarded.

You will receive 22 days paid holiday each year, plus all bank holidays.
