Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

We are looking for an experienced Plumber with Carpentry skills and other trades to join our team, delivering first‑class service across the North London region.
Responsibilities- Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
- Working on specialist trades and any secondary trades as required.
- Completing work efficiently and within required deadlines.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- Experience as a Plumber and Carpenter, with additional trade skills desirable.
- £125 monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance.
- Company vehicle for work use.
- Tools, equipment, and company bonus scheme.
- Van provision and regular overtime.
