💷 £21.40 per hour (CIS)
🚐 Van & Fuel Card Provided
We're seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader for a social housing contractor, working in occupied and void properties.
Duties:
Plastering, basic plumbing & general multi-trade works
Tiling (essential - kitchens & bathrooms)
Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
Requirements:
Strong wet trade and tiling experience
Social housing background preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
Good customer service skills
Qualifications:
Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship
NVQ Multi-Trade (or equivalent)
Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
UKATA Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Long-term work with a reputable contractor
