Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives (Multi Carpenter / Multi Plumber) to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering London
. The salary is up to £38,000 per annum.

Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across various London boroughs.

London (across multiple boroughs)

Up to 7 jobs per day

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
• Completing carpentry or plumbing works along with associated multi-trade tasks
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
• Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Company van

• Have experience working within social housing properties
• Provide your own basic hand and power tools
• Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app – BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
• Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Hold a valid Manual License – Max 6 Points
• Participate in Drug & Alcohol Testing on Induction
