Job Profile for Air Conditioning Engineer SEL

Location:
Mobile across London and Home Counties
Salary:
Up to £50k per annum, depending on experience
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and service of split/mobile/VRV/VRF air conditioning systems around the M25 and surrounding areas.
- Perform reactive work, including a call‑out rota of 1‑20 hours, with standby payment and premium overtime rates.
- Work across a wide range of major commercial sectors:
Data Centres, Universities, Hospitals, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Industrial Process Manufacturing, Blue Chip Company HQs, Multi‑Tenant Landlord‑Owned Buildings, Small Private Businesses, Schools and Retail.
- F‑gas certification
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
- UK driving licence
- 3–4+ years of trade experience in HVAC systems
- £40-50k per annum depending on experience
- Company van
- 33 days holiday including Bank Holiday
- Paid travel allowance – up to an hour and a half per day
- Day off on birthday
- Quarterly bonus scheme
- Standby and premium overtime rates for 1‑20 call‑out rota
- Overtime rates: 1.5x during weekdays, 2x during midweek and weekend work
