Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime
Location: Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job SummaryWe're looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team. You'll deliver a first class service to our properties covering Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Complete all works efficiently and within required deadlines.
- Experience as a trade operative across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom fitting, tiling & flooring.
- Good customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
- Salary as above.
- £125 monthly London Weighting Allowance.
- Company vehicle (van) and tools.
- Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.
- Permanent contract based in the London Region.
- Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
