The Role
As a Multi‑Skilled Joiner, you'll take the lead on joinery works while also supporting with a range of multi‑trade repairs-ensuring jobs are completed right first time.
No two days are the same-you'll be out on site, solving problems, supporting residents, and delivering a top‑class service.
What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out high‑quality joinery repairs and installations
Completing multi‑trade tasks to ensure efficient first‑time fixes
Delivering excellent customer service on every job
Maintaining accurate job records and reports
Managing your workload independently and efficiently
Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
Keeping your vehicle, tools, and stock in great condition
Participating in an on‑call rota (£525 per on‑call week)
What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong joinery expertise with multi‑trade experience
Experience in customer‑facing, target‑driven roles
Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on the go
Solid understanding of health & safety practices
Social housing experience (desirable)
Access to your own power tools (essential)
