Persona:
Mobile Working (van provided) contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Our North East London and Essex repairs team are looking for skilled Carpenters to join the team on a permanent basis. It is essential to have a manual driving licence to carry out this role.
ResponsibilitiesOur Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith work, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and other general maintenance repairs. Ideally you will also be able to carry out internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience
- Experience gained within a maintenance, site and/or housing environment
- NVQ or equivalent preferred
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Health and Safety conscious
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Wide range of multi trade skills
