• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across construction sites, including carpentry, roofing, and painting.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures as required.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Fabricate components or structures as needed for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including CSCS standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

• Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for construction tasks.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures within the construction industry.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions is advantageous.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
