The Role
As a Carpenter Multi Tradesperson you will provide high quality, customer and quality focused service, delivering a range of multi trade and carpentry works within our residential services department in and around the London Borough of Hounslow.
Key Responsibilities And Duties- Carry out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to all wet trades such as plastering, carpentry, decorating both externally and internally, and tiling, using schedule of rates.
- Use multi-skills knowledge and competencies to complete full repairs and maintenance services to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications.
- Plan each job and ensure required materials are available to keep work on schedule.
- Maintain the current achievement of 100% customer satisfaction.
- Perform all duties associated with a fully qualified Multi Trade Engineer.
- Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Display a high level of customer care when dealing with tenants and leaseholders, contributing positively to a customer-focused service.
- Promote customer satisfaction by working cleanly and tidily, ensuring minimal disruption to residents during repairs.
- Ensure all tools, materials, and debris are removed from sites after repairs, leaving homes and communal areas clean and tidy.
- Apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ 2-3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Tradesperson or Carpenter.
- Previous experience of working in a Social Housing environment is desirable.
- Good level of numeracy, literacy, written, oral, and communication skills.
- Previous experience of an out-of-hours emergency make‑safe service.
