Site Foreman – High‑End Joinery & Interiors

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Foreman to join a specialist contractor delivering high‑end joinery, bespoke interiors and luxury fit‑out projects across London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Site Foreman with a strong joinery background who can manage site installations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the exceptional standards expected within the luxury interiors sector.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of high‑end joinery and interior fit‑out projects on site.
• Supervise site‑based joinery installers, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Ensure all works are completed to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate site activities, labour and materials to maintain programme deadlines.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety inspections.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, designers and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation of bespoke joinery packages.
• Manage snagging, quality control and project hand‑over.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate solutions with the wider project team.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and health & safety documentation.

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Strong background within bespoke joinery, luxury interiors or specialist fit‑out projects.
• Carpentry & Joinery trade background preferred.
• Experience managing joinery installation packages on site.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work teams.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and programme management.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

• CSCS
• Card SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid at Work (desirable)
• Carpentry & Joinery qualification (desirable)
