Wet Multi Trader (Tiling Required)
Location:
Hammersmith & Fulham. Pay: £21.40 per hour (CIS). Van & Fuel Card Provided.
We're seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader for a social housing contractor, working in occupied and void properties.
Duties- Plastering, basic plumbing & general multi-trade works
- Tiling (essential – kitchens & bathrooms)
- Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Strong wet trade and tiling experience
- Social housing background preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Good customer service skills
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship
- NVQ Multi‑Trade (or equivalent)
- Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
- Long‑term work with a reputable contractor
