We are currently working with a Housing Association looking for a FRA Carpenter / Fire Door Carpenter based in London.

• Evaluate fire doors for correct installation, maintenance and repair.
• Carry out minor repairs and frame manipulation where necessary.
• Document work using a PDA.
• Provide good customer service.

The ideal candidate would have experience as a fire door carpenter or FRA, fire door specialist, fire stopping, BMTRADA qualified carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, multi‑trader, multi‑trade operative, multi‑skilled operative or maintenance operative with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, residential properties, council properties or MOD (Ministry of Defence).

Salary: £41,207 per annum.
