Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, vehicle, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Hours:
40 hrs per week. Contract Type:
Permanent.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team.
Responsibilities- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across the West London region.
- Complete all work efficiently within required deadlines.
- Reliable and experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to work on a company vehicle (provided for work use only).
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and be resident in England or Wales during employment.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
