Plumber - London - 3 months - £21.67 per hour PAYE We are working with a leading Housing Association who require a plumber on an immediate basis. The role involves carrying out high-quality plumbing as the primary trade, plus additional multi-trade repairs to achieve first-time fixes. The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards.

The successful candidate will be part of an on-call, out-of-hours rota, paid at £525 for the week they are on call. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. Candidates must have access to their own power tools.

• Carry out high-quality plumbing as the primary trade
• Perform additional multi-trade repairs to achieve first-time fixes
• Maintain safety, records, vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards
• Participate in an on-call, out-of-hours rota

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong joinery skills plus multi-trade ability
• Experience working in customer-focused, target-driven environments
• Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems
• Good health & safety awareness
• Social housing experience desirable

• £21.67 per hour
• 35 hour standard working week
