Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team!!!
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades, carrying out the works efficiently and within required deadlines.
Requirements and qualifications- Experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring
- Strong customer care skills
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only)
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance
- Eligibility to work in the UK – reside in England or Wales during employment (no visa sponsorship offered)
- London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month
- Van and tools provided
- Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime opportunities
