Kitchen Fitter – Our Homes Matter (London, England)

Our Homes Matter is a fast‑growing kitchen and bathroom installation company, known for its craftsmanship, professional service, and high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Fitter / Carpenter to join our expanding team. The role is based predominantly in London, with occasional travel outside London required.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and design plans
• Measure, mark, and prepare installation areas accurately
• Assemble and install kitchen units, cabinets, and worktops
• Adjust and modify cabinets to fit around obstructions (pipes, columns, etc.) ensuring clean, precise finishes
• Cut, fit, and install fillers, end panels, doors, handles, cornices, pelmets, plinths, and accessories (must be able to scribe)
• Measure, cut, and install wood or laminate worktops including mitre joints
• Carry out simple plumbing connections and adjustments
• Perform basic finishing tasks such as painting, decorating, or tiling (preferred but not essential)

• Proven experience in kitchen fitting (minimum 1 year)
• Strong carpentry skills with a keen eye for detail
• Basic plumbing and finishing skills
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are essential
• Willingness to assist with additional site tasks when needed

£38,000.00–£48,000.00 per year (full‑time, permanent)
