Mechanical Maintenance / Plumbing Engineer - FM Service Provider – Hammersmith, West London – up to £45,000

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Hammersmith, West London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building located in Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be Mechanical / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, they will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance as listed below. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 for further training and career progression.

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning
  - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Plumbing
  - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System
  - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• LTHW
• DHWS
• CHW

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM / 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM

• Up to £45,000
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Overtime available
• Company pension

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good Leadership & Management skills
• Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
