Voids Multi Trader (BBBH
3293) – London, England
Salary: GBP 40,000 per annum. Company van and fuel card supplied. Permanent PAYE position.
Location: Working across the whole of London within the M25.
Regen Solution is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. The majority of the work will be day‑to‑day reactive repairs in void properties across North and South London (depending on your base).
Responsibilities include:
- Plumbing
- Patch plastering
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Day‑to‑day reactive repairs in void properties
Requirements:
- Experience in social housing maintenance
- Full tools and a UK driving licence
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple repair jobs
Desired qualities: strong technical skills, good communication, and a reliable approach to completing maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
