Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
- Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
- Using a PDA
- Pension Scheme
- Stability and opportunities to upskill
- Plumber (including unvented plumber, plumber multi, plumber multi trader)
- Maintenance operative, multi skilled operative, multi trade operative, multi trader
- Carpenter or joiner
- UPVC specialist
- Plasterer or plasterer multi trader
- Bricklayer multi trader or brickwork
- Handyman
- Experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Minstry of defense)
