Astute's Power Team is partnering with a well-established independent connections provider with a commitment to professional development and sustainability, to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to support around the Greater London area.

The Site Supervisor role comes with a salary of 45,000 - 50,000 + company vehicle, fuel card, regular overtime, an annual bonus, 30 days holiday including shutdown days & private healthcare after 6 months.

Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Supervisor role

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:

Support Project Managers to plan and deploy resources for electrical installation works.
Manage the daily planners for Electrical Installers.
Produce take?off sheets from designs and procure all relevant electrical installation materials.
Ensure all installations are compliant with BS7671, using your expertise alongside company systems and processes to manage quality.
Compile, review, and challenge site?specific RAMS and Programmes of Work.
Carry out Health & Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks with installers on site.
Prepare, review, and sign off electrical installation certificates in line with NICEIC or equivalent standards.
Assist Project Managers in compiling all required handover documentation for each project.
Any other reasonable request aligned with this role as directed by the Operations Manager.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

NVQ Level 3 electrotechnical qualification
18th edition wiring regulations certified
2391-52 or equivalent inspection and testing
SSSTS or SMSTS is ideal but not necessary
Valid UK Driving Licence

The Electrical Supervisor role would suit someone who is:

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
