Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of it's client who are looking for 1 x Plumber needed in Banstead, Surrey
Location: Banstead
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 Month
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
Requirements: Must have a valid driving license
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join a new build project in Banstead. The role involves working on a new build complex of 12 properties, focusing on mid and 2nd fix installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Carry out mid and 2nd fix plumbing works to a high standard
- Ensure all work complies with building regulations and site safety requirements
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
- Previous experience working on new build residential projects
- Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
