Location: Greater London

Multi-skilled Tradespeople | London | Full Time | From £40,000 PAYE or £200 per day CIS-based, with plenty of overtime available if required

The Role

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson responsible for carrying out general maintenance, refurbishment works, larger-scale refurbishments and general repair works.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing works to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishments
Complete bathroom and kitchen installations, whole-house refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decorating
Undertake carpentry works including flooring, building works and general repairs
Diagnose and resolve issues relating to damp and condensation
Carry out roofing works where required
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients
Capable of working effectively alongside other trades and taking the lead on multi-trade refurbishment projects where required
Complete all required paperwork accurately and to a high standard
Work safely and comply with all company health and safety guidelines
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience across multiple trades and property maintenance
Time-served experience with relevant qualifications up to date
A fully qualified and experienced tradesperson
Strong knowledge of refurbishment and repair works
Experience in areas including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, tiling, plastering and decorating

Experience with roofing, flooring, building works, damp diagnosis and condensation issues would be a distinct advantage
A flexible, friendly and helpful attitude
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
A full, clean driving licence
