Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing Biased) is sought by a leading FM service provider for a prestigious commercial office building in Charing Cross, London. The role covers mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance, with a plumbing bias and a qualification in NVQ/City & Guilds.
Based on-site, you will maintain pumps, AHUs/FCUs, water treatment and emergency lighting, while providing planned and reactive maintenance.
