• Deliver the planning, design, and management of Redbridge’s highway network assets.
• Develop engineering solutions, review designs, manage schemes, and coordinate works to improve a safe and resilient network.
• Work both office‑based and on site across the borough, building knowledge of highway design, asset management, and project delivery.
