Full-time, permanent. Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and location. Package includes van, fuel card, expenses, tools and uniform. Growth path:

We are hiring to grow our regional capability and build a better service model from the inside out. You will be responsible for installing and repairing major domestic appliances, including fridge freezers, with full support from HQ and access to an integrated logistics and tracking system. You will have input on how we grow your patch, including improving parts, storage, and disposal logistics.

We currently have 5 engineers and plan to grow to 12 within the next year. We are hiring in East London: one regional engineer with long-term leadership potential. We prioritise quality over volume, and we stack jobs in regional hubs to reduce downtime such as traffic delays. The target is to complete 8-10 jobs per day. Overtime is not offered.

• Install and repair domestic appliances (washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, fridge freezers, etc.).
• Work in modern, high-spec apartment buildings with quality, not volume-based routes.
• Take full ownership of jobs, from service to reporting to resident experience.
• Confidently repair, remove, and install fridge freezers, including safe handling and storage.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in domestic appliance repair.
• Strong initiative, independent thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Confidence working across core white goods (no gas / no small domestic).
