Repairs Supervisor (Enfield) – Temporary, £23.88ph PAYE
Responsibilities- Lead a team of high‑performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.
- Undertake a range of complex diagnostics and coordinate multi‑trade repair projects affecting multiple properties, such as major leaks, demonstrating proficient skills across trades including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering and tiling.
- Conduct toolbox talks and one‑to‑one meetings with operatives; perform pre‑ and post‑inspections on tenanted properties.
- Manage the void team to ensure voids are delivered within the required time‑scale.
- Attend evening TA meetings and respond to internal and external customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities.
