Randstad Construction and Property in Central London is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to take responsibility for on-site building services on a high-end commercial site. This is a hands-on role with around 80% field time spent on the tools to keep the site running smoothly.
You will perform PPMs and reactive repairs, conduct electrical fault-finding across single and three-phase systems, and manage AHUs/FCUs, VRV/VRF, and other HVAC plant, while also handling minor fabric and plumbing
