Ritz Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a static, temporary assignment in West London, serving a student accommodation site. The role is hands-on, focusing on timely repairs and a safe, well‑maintained living environment while delivering excellent resident service.
You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, coordinate contractors, and maintain accurate records. Tools are provided. This temporary position offers £16.50 per hour plus holiday pay with an immediate start.
