Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location:
Enfield and surrounding areas
Salary:
Up to £45,000 plus competitive on‑target earnings, overtime, and call‑out incentives.
- Full‑time overtime available – pay time and a half
- Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company vehicle for personal use
- Stand‑by payment: £140 per week
- Call‑out payment: £60 per job
- Call‑out rest period: 11 hours when on call
- Service and maintain fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional)
- Service and maintain emergency lighting systems
- Maintain fire extinguishers
- Work safely and professionally within the domestic and social housing sector
- Minimum of 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
- Experience working within the social housing sector preferred
- FIA training/qualifications desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of BS5839‑1 fire alarm standards
- Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
