Mears Group PLC is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Operative to join our responsive repairs team in West London. You will perform reactive maintenance across occupied social housing properties, handling trades such as plastering, carpentry, plumbing, tiling and painting.
You will work independently, manage your workload, and ensure high safety and service standards. You will record details, maintain tools and a company vehicle, and participate in out-of-hours repairs as required.
