Field Engineer

PT Renewables is partnered with a well-established, globally connected business in the fuel and forecourt industry, and they're looking for Field Service Engineers to join their regional teams.

You’ll be out on the road, working independently as part of a close-knit regional team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on forecourt equipment. Think:

• Diagnosing and repairing fuel dispensing pumps, pump controllers, POS systems, tank gauges, DCDs, tank probes, submerged pump systems and PA systems
• Running through planned preventative maintenance schedules
• Commissioning new and refurbished sites, and calibrating fuel dispensers
• Assessing and reporting accidental damage for costing
• Carrying out site surveys

• A solid mechanical understanding, with experience repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment
• A methodical approach to problem-solving, balanced with good instincts
• Strong customer service skills - you'll be dealing directly with site staff and customers
• The confidence to work unsupervised, plus the collaboration to pull together with colleagues
• A valid UK driving licence

No specific forecourt experience? No problem - if you’ve got a strong mechanical or electromechanical background from another industry, training will be provided to get you up to speed on this kit.
