Mechanical Maintenance Technician

This is an excellent client direct opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a well established in house engineering team. What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across mechanical building services systems
• Responding to reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and associated plant
• Completing plant room inspections and daily operational checks
• Maintaining heating, chilled water, and domestic water systems
• Carrying out plumbing repairs and mechanical maintenance
• Supporting flushing routines, TMV servicing, and water hygiene compliance
• Assisting with contractor management and specialist maintenance works
• Updating CAFM systems and completing maintenance documentation
• Ensuring all statutory compliance tasks are completed to a high standard
