Plumber

No two days are exactly the same here. You'll combine deep plumbing expertise with general facilities know-how:

• Repair, install, test, and troubleshooting water distribution, piping, fixtures, and speciality gas systems using blueprints and specs.
• Maintain waste/vent lines like a pro using jet washers, snakes, and diagnostic tools. Handle critical backflow safety inspections.
• Roll up your sleeves alongside electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance techs on cross-functional facility projects and campus upgrades.
• Coach and train fellow team members on basic plumbing maintenance to help elevate the whole team's capabilities.
• Step up during urgent facility events, coordinating with team members and vendor partners to deliver fast solutions.
• Model CBRE's strong safety culture by following HSE guidelines, performing hazard reviews, and keeping our workplace safe for everyone.

• Proven experience in commercial/industrial plumbing, installation, and code compliance.
• You love working in a collaborative team culture where everyone backs each other up.
• Quick on your feet, comfortable explaining technical details to non-technical client teams, and always looking for smart solutions.
