Air Conditioning Engineer; SL

Location Dartford, England Sector Engineering Salary £50,000.00 to £65,000.00 per annum

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities.

• Location – South London / Kent
• Salary – £50,000 - £65,000/yr.
• Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours
• Working
  hours – 8am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call.
• Extra – Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted

• Carry out
  planned preventative maintenance (PPM)on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration units
• Diagnose faults and perform
  reactive repairs
  on HVAC equipment at various client sites
• Install, commission, and test HVAC systems in line with manufacturer guidelines and regulations
• Service equipment such as
  AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and fan coil units
• Ensure all work complies with
  health & safety regulations
  , F-Gas regulations, gas safe and industry standards
• Complete service reports, risk assessments, and maintenance records accurately using digital or paper systems
• Respond to
  emergency callouts
  and breakdowns in a timely manner
• Manage van stock, tools, and spare parts efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients, site managers, and the helpdesk
• Identify and report potential issues or opportunities for system improvements or energy efficiency
• Work independently while coordinating with other engineers and subcontractors when required
• Always maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service

• Full UK License – 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
• Experience in either, Gas/Hvac – Hvac/Electrical or Gas/Electrical
• 5 years in role.
