Gas Engineer - Service & Repair (Social Housing)
Location:
North and West London
Salary/Rate: £45,000 - £50,000
Package:
Van, fuel card, overtime, call-outs
Regen Solutions are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer with F-Gas certification to join our team, carrying out service, repair and maintenance work within social housing properties
.
The role will include:
- Servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Servicing and repairing ASHPs (Air Source Heat Pumps)
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Working safely and professionally in occupied social housing properties
- Completing relevant paperwork and job reports
Requirements:
- Full ACS qualifications
- F-Gas certification
- Experience servicing and repairing boilers
- Experience working with ASHPs / heat pumps
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Experience working within social housing would be highly desirable.
