Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experienceworkingwithin a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Working hours
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00am-17:00pm
- On-going contract
- £22 per hour (umbrella)
- Overtime available
- Immediate start
- Painting & Decorating
- General fabric repairs
- Furniture moves porterage
- Fixing Furniture
- Hanging Pictures & Shelves
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
- Escort sub-contractors
- To undertake basic Fabric duties which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
