This role requires hands-on experience with tools and machinery, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Skilled Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

* Duties
* * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

* Assist in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and roofing

* Perform plumbing, electrical, and masonry work as needed

* Engage in concrete forming, finishing, and restoration projects

* Execute trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation

* Conduct construction painting and plastering tasks

* Participate in heavy equipment operation when required

* Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site

* Qualifications
* * Proven experience in construction or related fields

* Knowledge of construction management practices

* Familiarity with construction inspection processes

* Strong skills in carpentry, welding, glass installation, tile laying, hardscape, caulking, and stucco application

* Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members

* Full drivers licence

* Minimum 10 years experience
