Slinger

Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract Slinger on behalf of our client located in Brent Cross, England. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of loads during lifting and transportation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding cranes and other heavy machinery to securely move and position loads, maintaining safety standards at all times.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction environment. As a Contract Slinger, you will play a critical part in the successful execution of ongoing projects, ensuring all load handling activities are performed safely and efficiently according to industry standards.

• Previous experience as a Slingerwithin a construction or industrial setting
• Valid Slinger Signaller or equivalent certification
• Good understanding of safety protocols related to load handling and lifting operations
• Ability to communicate clearly with crane operators and ground staff
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
