untypical are a house builder delivering multi-trade repairs and maintenance to new homes across Norfolk and the Eastern region. The role focuses on carpentry, basic plumbing, decoration and site maintenance, with emphasis on customer service and safe, quality workmanship.
The ideal candidate will hold formal carpentry/plumbing experience and a full UK driving licence, ready to work in a hands-on, customer-facing team across our developments.
