We are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join our team based in Chingford, London. This is a field based role covering North East London, Billericay and Wickford, Essex.
About the Role
As a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you'll work across a varied portfolio of responsive repairs and maintenance works within residents' homes, delivering high-quality plastering and associated repairs. No two days are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload while providing an outstanding service to our customers.
You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you’ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You’ll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
About You
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Plasterer with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. You'll be confident interpreting drawings and specifications, working independently, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll have experience producing quality plaster work, using hand tools and small powered equipment, and be comfortable using a PDA to manage your workload. You'll take responsibility for maintaining van stock, ensuring materials, equipment, PPE and RAMS are in place before starting work, and always promoting safe working practices.
Essential requirements:
 
* Full UK driving licence
 
* Previous experience as a qualified Plasterer
 
* Ability to use a PDA/mobile working system
 
* City & Guilds Plastering, Diploma in Plastering, or NVQ Level 2 in Plaster work
 
* CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
 
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
 
* Experience using hand tools and small handheld plant such as drills and mixers
