• Between 9 and 10 hours per day (subject to seasonal variations).

• Uphold strong health and safety standards.
• Execute duties expected of an Electrical Lineman, including:
• o Rigging tasks
• o Blocking and suspension assignments
• o Earthing-related work
• o Jumpering tasks
• o In-situ steel replacement
• Interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Demonstrate a hardworking and conscientious approach.
• Exhibit teamwork and support managerial decisions.

• Minimum of 3 years as an Electrical Lineman.
• Prior experience working at height.
• Hands-on experience with HV Transmission Lines.
• Familiarity with High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing.
• Knowledge of tower assembly techniques.

• Qualifications relevant to the role.
• Experience with puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch operations.
• A valid UK driving license (conversion support available).

• Proof of English language proficiency (e.g., UKVI IELTS).
• Clear tuberculosis test results (if applicable).
• A clean immigration history.
