• Fleet Servicing & Repairs: Executing minor and major mechanical overhauls across a diverse lineup of modern LCVs (Sprinters, Transits, etc.) and commercial vehicles.
• Advanced Fault Diagnostics: Running deep-level electrical and mechanical diagnostic testing using up-to-date diagnostic software.
• Compliance & MOT Prep: Conducting structured preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) and preparing vehicles to achieve 100% MOT pass rates

• Quality Assurance: Upholding a clean Right First Time standard on all work entering your bay.

• Proven background in LCV, Van, or Heavy Commercial Vehicle servicing and repair.
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent proven time-served experience).
• A strong, self-motivated technician eager to maximize take-home pay through optional overtime.
• A valid UK driving licence
